Union Hotel Port - Istanbul

wonderful staff made our stay feel like home with fantastic location near tram

The staff at Union Hotel Port are really good. Sam's attention to detail and willingness to help. Clean rooms and a great location just a short walk from the tram.

All in all they offer GOOD service. The food is good and the breakfast was super.

While the location is excellent, I found myself wishing for more amenities, such as a breakfast option, that could have was great. I also encountered a lack of informative resources in the room that would have helped me navigate the city better.

The room was well cleaned and bright with nice views, a mini bar, satellite TV and climate control. We thoroughly enjoyed wake-up service available. The location was great and fantastic, relatively near a National Palaces Painting museum.

It boasts good, magnificent location really close to the airport with a cost of 5 €, the funicular and public transport including the ferry terminals. There is bar Azure The Bosphorous, set 200 metres walk away. The double room is bright and new-fashioned. You will find a small fridge, a safe box, and a hair dryer👌

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk from the tram station. Noise from the corridors can be disruptive at night.

The staff's generosity, especially Sam's complimentary drinks and warm smiles, transformed our stay into a good experience. The beautifully themed blue rooms added a charming touch, making us feel special.

The cozy room was a highlight, but the bathroom needs more hangers.

The Double Room was super cozy and clean, which I really appreciated. I loved the unique blue-themed decor-it added a nice touch. Plus, the staff brought us tea and coffee to our room when we returned from exploring. Just wish there were some breakfast options available. That would've made it even better!

The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram station , made getting around easy. I loved the city view from my room, it added a charming touch to my visit.

No breakfast unfortunately, but there was a lovely restaurant across the street.

This place was a good match for a brief retreat in Istanbul with a solid price-quality ratio. I really appreciated the staff's kindness. They offered us refreshing lemonade after a long day of sightseeing. Just keep in mind the hotel is non-smoking, be aware of cigarette smells in the hallways if you stay on the same floor as smokers.

The service was good. I truly enjoyed the way our well-cleaned double room with balcony was arranged. - Its location in Istanbul was stunning, not far from the tram stop and the ferry embarkation point to go to the Asian side.
